We offer customized Small Group, Semi-Private, One on One, and Sport Specific Training, in our 5,000 sq ft training facility. We want every client at Pain Train Fitness to feel safe while training in a clean environment. ALL of our equipment (including the turf and rubber flooring) is habitually sprayed and cleaned after each group or individual use.
