Our small group training programs are designed for those clients who prefer a group or team environment. All workouts that are written for each of our small group time slots are inclusive to all group members. Each of our clients have different needs and physical fitness goals. Our workout programs reflect that philosophy by maintaining a level of customization for each person. At Pain Train Fitness, we preserve this philosophy by offering different levels of progressions or regressions so that our clients stay injury free, feel confident about working at his or her own pace and optimally training at the highest level while keep a positive comradery throughout the training session.

Our semi-private training sessions offer a lot of the same benefits of our private one on one sessions with the exception of having two or three more clients with you with similar training goals and objectives. We consider this training package to be in the middle of the small group and private 1 on 1 training. Just like any training package you select, ALL workouts are always customized to you and any limitations that you may have.
Semi-private training is a sizeable way to ease all the apprehensions that come along with being in a new gym environment.

Our Private 1 on 1 Training is by far the best training package we provide! This type of training is more of a cost, but our private clients reap the rewards of being one on one. Our clients that train privately see the immediate benefits of professional and extremely personalized attention in their training.
