60-Minute Sessions

We offer two levels of Youth Training. During these formative years, the body is primed for new information and ready to ingrain new movement patterns. Athletes will be introduced to and create foundations of overall athleticism in a fun, positive and high-success environment.

The Benefits:

Developing the primary skills are vital in establishing a child’s athletic foundation for improved performance, injury prevention, and long-term enjoyment of sports participation.

 

Rookie | Age 8-12

The Rookie Youth Program creates a foundation in coordination, athleticism, body-weight exercises and proper running technique in a positive environment.

- Strength Training Preparation through the Utilization of Body-Weight Exercises and Basic Weight Lifting Skills

- Institute Base levels for Speed, Plyometric & Conditioning

Rookie | Age 13+

At age 13, training takes a new meaning. The sessions move to 75 minutes and we focus on a Developmental curriculum to progress athletic movement with introduction of speed mechanics, weight lifting and spotting. We want your child to know how to do Olympic lifts properly so they don’t get injured the way so many athletes do at the high school level.
